Kartel looses appeal…

The Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal of Vybz Kartel and his 3 co-accused.

The ruling was handed down minutes ago by Justice Patrick Brooks, Justice Frank Williams and Justice Dennis Morrison

This means that the decision of the Supreme court stands.

Adija Palmer also known as Vybz Kartel has been convicted for the 2011 murder of Clive ‘Lizard’ Williams. He was given a mandatory life sentence and ordered to serve 35 years before being eligible for parole.

His co-accused will have to serve 25 years before being eligible for parole.
