Cold shoulder for Tommy Lee in T&T

HE may be hot property in Jamaica, but singjay Tommy Lee Sparta  did not get the red carpet treatment on his first visit to Trinidad and  Tobago.

The controversial entertainer, known as Uncle Demon in dancehall  circles, drew only a handful of fans to Guarracarra Park in southern Trinidad.  Due to the low turnout, he did not perform.

The venue is one of the country’s oldest, and traditionally hosts  first-class cricket matches.

According to the Trinidadian website, etceterabuzz.com, Tommy Lee  Sparta arrived in the Trinidad and Tobago capital Port of Spain on Friday and  did the radio rounds promoting the show and his latest songs.

The website said Tommy Lee Sparta is popular among Trinidadian  youth through songs like Some Bwoy, Psycho, Buss A Blank and We Want Paper.
