Usain Bolt is a champion once again.

Jamaica’s Bolt won the 100M Sunday at the IAAF World Championships in Moscow, finishing in a time of 9.77 seconds to best the United States’ Justin Gatlin.

It’s the latest gold medal for the 26-year-old Trelawny native, who won three gold medals for Jamaica at last summer’s Olympics in London.

Three Jamaicans rounded out the top five, with Nesta Carter, Kemar Bailey-Cole and Nickel Ashmeade each coming in at under 10 seconds.

Bolt’s victory (which followed a sluggish start from the blocks) came two years after he was disqualified after a false start at the Daegu World Championships in August 2011.

Bolt also won gold in the 100M at the World Championships in Berlin in 2009.
